Arena reward not given

I grinded the last Summoner Trials arena and ended at rank 765. But yet i haven't been sent any in game mail about my rewards. Anyone else has got this please help me.

Looks like they already know about the problem hope it gets fixed soon I would've gotten my 4* crystal

Put Sumbit a Request to report the issue should be a fairly easy process
