No alliance quest rewards received

I received the mail of the alliance quest rewards but there are no rewards in it, anyone faced the same issue? And how am i gonna get my rewards?Help!

There is a post above with a guy whose ally ranked 4888 that apparently got them around 8:30 forums time.

We are lower than that, but I’ve honestly never understood why this process seems to hitch so often.

Agreed. A support ticket is kinda weird, but my entire ally hasn’t got them yet , so I’ll hang tight.

It’s nearly 11:30PM where I am so I can wait. We are down the rank totem pole but have been getting them same night the past few weeks. No biggie...mañana.

I received those rewards after i raise the ticket, i didn't collected the rewards accidently because there were no rewards, i got empty mail.

No alliance quest rewards received
