Issues Using Kabam Support

I was just wondering if anyone has issues using Kabam support at https://help.kabamsupport.com/hc/en-us everytime I try to log on it either doesn’t let me click the “Sign In” button, or acts as if my email/password is incorrect. Note: I can log onto the forums fine. I have tried three different browsers and even sent an email to customer.help@kabaminc.com which auto replied that that email cannot accept queries for trouble tickets. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what did you guys do to rectify your issue?

    Try using the Submit a request without sign-in.

    Yeah, that'll help, lol. Submit or not, I've gone weeks back and forth for the simplest things. Title of the OP is "ISSUES WITH KABAAM SUPPORT" not how to contact. .

    I know that the thread description doesn't tell the whole story, but have you Winterthur gone through support for anything in the last couple years? It has changed dramatically.

    Yes, I did (made one just last week) and get quick responses. Of course quick does not mean immediately.
