Does her sig ability mitigate Flare damage? It refers to damaging debuffs, and there is a debuff icon but I know there’s often a difference with passive debuffs. Someone please give me a clue...

    edit: debuffs like this from flare are passive

    debuffs like this from icarus are not passive, and therefore can be shrugged off or have their damage reduced from things like angela's sig

    Thank you. So the timer is the visual queue? If the white border is ticking down then it’s active, and if the circle area is ticking down it is passive?
