Banned for 166 hours

Got banned, idk if it’s a mistake but last night I was able to log on and only played Cavalier EQ, I just logged in this morning and I get this. I would like to know the reason why?

Either you used a game mod or played on an emulator, both of which are against Kabam's ToS.
