When will you re release him? You had a perfect buff that needed very little tinkering (if any). Adding fate seal to sp2 would not make him over powered. Can we focus on finishing him before ultron, war machine, etc? Let's finish what we started - we are so close. @Kabam Miike

If you categorize the level of buffs to moderate (not complete overhaul) or a numbers increase, I’d rather see champs like Taskmaster, Mister Sinister, etc get those. Even just a numbers update. Hood is lower on the spectrum, at least in my experience.

I think he needs a buff too, but like I said above - there so many others I’d like to see before him. We can’t really control that though so I hope any buff makes the champ awesome.ItsDamien said:

I am ready for the buff to come back as well. I rather enjoyed his buff... I was going to revive the old thread but thought it might be too soon...0

I imagine they're taking special care with Hood. I'd even wager they might put a little extra into him, to make him better than they intended him to be.
That said, I'd also wager that they're wary of buffing him, at least until the embers turn cold. I understand that POV, but hope they're more bold than I expect.
In any case, from Hood they learned a important lesson for buffs moving forward: don't change core functionality. A buffed champ should be capable of what they were before, but with additional utility, survivability, and/or damage.
Of course, most would make an exception in the case of RMagneto-level buffs. The loss of sp3 tanking pales in comparison to making him one of the most meta champs in the game.6 -
When they reverted him back they said that they weren't going to have a timetable on when they would be releasing Hood 3.0. So considering that they are still working on stuff coming up for OCTOBER, there is no timetable on when we get Hood 3.0.1

You’re completely wrong. People were upset mainly because they took away the fate seal on his sp2 but also because core functionalities we’re changed. To answer the op’s question kabam hasn’t given a release date for when the next buff is going to come but expect next fall. They definitely won’t get him out before the ultron, war machine, and maw buff because those are coming on Monday and they’d tell us if they were rebuffing hood.No_oneuk said:hood doesnt need a buff

As you can tell I'm quite invested in that buff or at least a 2* version of him to complete my collection

I just used him to solo eq mystic chapter, 1 path. He could use a little more attack damage but other than that great champ.0
