Side Quest Milestones

I finished the legendary and epic SQ already but the milestones seems like not match to the amount of quest ive done. is this normal or its me who mistaken? it shows that i only finished 4 times on epic difficulty and 6 times on legendary

    i hope it is because i should have reach 3 points on that 2/5 epic milestones

    Did you claim the milestone after completing the first 4 runs but before doing the remaining 3?

    Yes i claimed the first milestone before doing the remaining 3. why?
