Can't find Carina's Challenge

From what I've heard we can attempt Carina's Challenge even if we aren't thronebreaker yet.
But I can't seem to find it anywhere on my objective tabs or anywhere
What am I missing?

    You cannot attempt carinas challenge if you are not thronebreaker.

    Someone in the forum was saying that we can attempt it without thronebreaker
    I'm close enough
    Just need to R3 my 6*
    You can do them but won’t get anything of them

    First to find go to YouTube lock op what you Hav to do then do it the one I’m can remember is do lol with only 4 star sl.

    You can try the challenges but because you aren't tb you won't have the objectives

    You can go into LoL with 4*s as the challenge says, but since you don't have the objective, you won't get rewards nor complete the objective. But ifbyou need to challenge yourself, nothing stops you

    I’m Thronebreaker, still can’t find Carina’s challenge, the homepage shows 11 special objectives but as soon as I open, it shows nothing.
