I literally just renewed my sigil this morning and did not receive the 4 star as promised so what is going on?

    You did it too soon, it just popped up an hour or so ago. Was the banner on the sigil renewal a Scarlet Witch?

    They just said the day of the time to which it had to be renewed on said day was not specified. Its whatever more marvel casino of champions everything is a gamble anymore.

    Anyone who had the sigil should have got her but no they have to make sure we keep on spending and of course well do it.

    I’m always confused by people who have issues with timing in this game. Daily updates are at 10am Pacific time, 1pm EST, 6pm GMT. Always. Occasionally they roll out content two hours later than that.

    But also, as a rule, never do anything time-sensitive until the in-game banner updates.

    It wasn't only date, the time was mentioned too. Should have followed the time, cant blame Kabam.

    I can actually because my updates occur at 1 p.m not 10 a.m. I dont live in canada

    That’s why they added the PDT bit. Tells you that it’s a specific time zone. I’m sorry man, but it’s not hard to work out what time that is for you.

    I was confused by this too.

    I did wait like these polite members have already mentioned. I saw the news banner, the sigil offer in the unit store showed her.

    I did NOT get the 4* SWS

    I think they were clear. For me, the part that seems to be inviting criticism is that current sigil subscribers were forced into a pretty crappy decision. I was one of them. I had to to renew mine a few days ago so it was either renew it so I don’t risk losing the expanded inventory and other benefits or let it expire so I could then renew it after the champion goes live. It’s honestly not a huge deal because I’m going to subscribe anyways, but it should have extended the benefits to any and all “current” sigil subscribers. The way they did it will definitely cause current subscribers to rethink the value they are getting. Again, not a huge deal but there is just a better way to do things to avoid all the frustration that’s associated with this roll out. Another solution would be to allow current subscribers to cancel their current subscription then resubscribe. But they won’t do that because it would cost them money. Which brings me back full circle, there’s a better way to roll this out to not frustrate customers that are obviously loyal and consistent supporters of the game in the form of a paying subscription.

    TLDR; If you’re going to add additional benefits to a monthly subscription, give to all the subscribers. Problem solved, forums not flooded with complaints.
