The new Side quest not giving rewards after completion

Guys so I explored the master difficulty 3 times and out of those 2 times I landed on 4* sig stone crystals but when I completed it I didn't get the sig stone crystal both times , I got 1000 4* on my 2 nd run though .

Is it also happening to you ?

    I'm having the same problem. I've made several runs through, took a screenshot and submitted it to support. I think it's a display bug though because I think (?) that the crystals are showing up in my stash. It's tough to tell though.

    I don't really care about the Master level, but I don't want to make an epic or legendary run if I might lose the rewards.

    Are we sure it’s just a visual bug on that screen and the rewards are actually coming into our stash/shard count?!

    Be nice if an admin could give us some insight.

    Pretty sure it's just a visual bug. Landed on 10 4* sig crystals. Didn't get any on the post fight screen. Checked the crystal vault and it was there.
