AQ is still bugged and not allowing my alliance to join

All of us are using different phones and OS ... both Android and Apple. Same goes for carriers, it's happening across the board. Everyone is using different champs, that goes without saying.
No boosts were used by me personally. No modifiers for honor points are being used. Set up the matches with the 5-day pre-selector. Three BGs. Doing Map 5, 4, and 2 each day.
Please get this fixed and send fair compensation to the alliances affected by this.
