Both 4 star and unduped, who's better and for which events are they good for?

Been reading Hood is good against Safeguard. Guillotine is excellent against heal regen champs.

I think Hoods turning invisible after special 2 leads the table.

And without it just dash back and block for 1.5 and when he's coppinh down have a chance to stun and health steal

Both are good for different situations so it depends on what champions you have already, guillotine is a much better damage dealer compared to hood with her bleeds and increased crit damage. She also has to my knowledge the exclusive ability of reversing healing which can come in very handy in many situations. Hood has less damage but more utility, he can evade specials with his invisibility, fate seal, stun, power steal occasionally and is decent as a defender so take those factors and compare them to what you need in your current roster. They are both great champions so there isn't really a wrong answer.

IMO, Guilly is better for attack. Hood is better for defense but does have some utility as attack.

For me, Guilly is R5 and Hood is R4

So, as people are saying technically they both are very good just for different reasons.

However, I would argue that if you are asking which to rank the answer is Hood. He does more damage and is more universally good at various things, whereas Guillotine does not need to be max rank to do her reverse regen and you wont need her all the time.

In the cases where you do need Guillotine it's easy to stick a not maxed out one in your roster somewhere and just bring her along for that one regen fight (like Realm of Legends Wolverine). It's not necessary to have her maxed out.

Stagger can also stop things like unstoppable which is pretty helpful and Hood has some extra healing in his kit.

Although I agree with mostly everything here, It is my experience that stagger does not stop unstoppable because it actually has 2 triggers. The same reason it can't be nullified either. Could be wrong.
That said, Hood can continually renew his sp2 debuffs by heavy attack which is also cool.
I love fighting with both of them.

The Hood is mister bag of tricks and those break down the opponent. Invisibility, Hex, Stagger, Shock, Stun, Bleed a little revive a little more energy damage etc.. Guilly is straight forward and easy to use. Her burst attack is of the best in the game.
