Not able to choose an aw defence tactic

For the 3th war in a row our alliance havent been able to choose a defence tactic for war. When you tab the button, the screen gets darker and freezes. After Several minutes the game unfreezes but nothing changed. All officers have had this issue.
Its a disadvantage in war and besides the parryproblem another frustraties.
The previous post was shut down but it is still not working!
