Which of those depends a lot on your roster, synergies, content you are working on.
Shulk gives you a poison immune hard hitter with easy access to Slow.
Sorceror armor breaks, passive power gain, access to Slow and ability to regen off block.
Ultron looks super fun, double immune and much more effective damage dealer with double regen points.

Before making any choices, I
would wait until the update today just to see Venompool in action and then decide who you want to take up.
Of course, it also depends on where you are and what content you’re looking to knock out
MUT:
Bishop, Domino, Psylocke and X-23 awakened. Prof X, Sabretooth, Havok and Stryfe unduped
SCI:
SGwen, She-Hulk awakened. Quake and Thing unduped.
SKI:
Falcon, Kingpin, DD HK awakened. BWDO, Korg, Mole Man unduped.
COS:
Cull, Proxima, The Champ, Venompool awakened. Sil Surf and K Groot unduped.
My Tech and Mys. 5 stars are not great... IMIW is awakened and he is decent....
