I was trying to buy monthly sigil using my credit card. The money got credited from my card but I didn’t get the sigil activated. Can anyone help me with that?

    You had 2 choices...

    Either write to support where they can look specifically at your account and come up with solution or to write on general game forum where none of the moderators have any way of helping you...

    You chose wrong path.
