Cavalier Shard Crystal disappeared?

I went to go open a cav shard crystal from the login calendar, and have discovered it’s missing. I reloaded my game, and also downloaded the hot fix and it’s still missing. Not sure if it’s just my account or if anyone else has this problem

    its because you had 0 it will be there when you get shards . my science t5cc box dissapeared cause i had exactly 45,000 when i used it

    Fair enough, I didn’t know it disappeared and I couldn’t remember if I actually opened it. Cheers mate
