Cavalier Shard Crystal disappeared?

I went to go open a cav shard crystal from the login calendar, and have discovered it’s missing. I reloaded my game, and also downloaded the hot fix and it’s still missing. Not sure if it’s just my account or if anyone else has this problem

    Fair enough, I didn’t know it disappeared and I couldn’t remember if I actually opened it. Cheers mate
