Mythic mint $50 bundle glitched on me

I purchased the bundle once and it went through normal. Then I went back for a second one and it said no internet. Tried again and it errored again. Last time I tried it said I purchased this already but it never went through. Charged my card 4 times but only got it once. How do I get ticket created for kabam to refund me back the additional charges due to the error? Please help! How do I open a help ticket.
