5400 T4BC fragments for 225 units; good deal?

I think I bit the 1000 units for one T4BC previously, did not keep screenshot.
This offer values a T4BC at 1500 units, more expensive than an awakening gem at 1450 units.
Why is this still a fair offer?

I currently have 2 full TB4C and about 17k+ fragments. Waiting to rank up an awakened Elektra.

    if you had tons of units and we maybe 5400 away then not horrible but otherwise grind and be patient,

    Yeah basically after the first run through each new cycle i get this offer. If I'm close to forming a t4b I grab it.
