Issues with Parry/Dex after the Hotfix

Anyone else facing more issues with Parry/dex after the hotfix. I tried it multiple times in the last 3 days, the timing is accurate but its failing to register the touch and swipe more often after I updated the game with the hotfix.

    @PremiumPlus Exactly what happened to me, I was playing Cosmic Map of EQ and was getting hammered, i am certain my timing is right and it does work sometimes but it literally fails to block/parry and also won't dex and just stays there to take the hits.. I had the same issues in Arenas as well, the parry timing was right from my side but it just wouldn't parry.
