Smh another bug decreasing sop points

Please look into the sop issue where my accumulated points getting deducted by 1. I dont know if this happens to other players. Heres my screenshot

This is before the issue, as you can see, I managed to score 15 pts





And this is after when I opened the game today



Thats a huge difference in rewards i hope this gets fixed soon because this is just not right.

    If there was a time where they stopped the addition of the second point, it could be they messed up. At least theoretically. You’d probably be better off opening a support ticket to get this clarified. Meanwhile, make sure you can account for all 15 points you should have.

    Yeah i did send them a ticket and its more like i had 2 fights with DH (but pretty confidently sure the 2nd point wasnt added when i checked)

    And i have my screenshots today showing before and after points deducted

    I have no idea if Kabam ever fixed the DH bug or let it run. What I do know is that if you ran it both weeks, it’s more likely that you did gain an extra point and may not have realized. Hopefully support can help you sort it all out

    I can check which fights i had done and im absolutely sure that i didnt earn any extra point from the sop and back then i wasnt even tb yet

    ok so turns out i did earn extra point from dh, but it was added days after i check my 2nd fight with dh. So yeah my point is correctly deducted

    Damn, that is tough one.A whole T5cc is lost.....I feel many people did not realised that they got second point from DH fight and voluntarily stopped at a particular milestone and now when that point is removed they are getting a lesser milestone.

    They never stopped the 2nd point on dh being added I don’t think

    Yeah thats what happened to me, on week 5 venom comes out i fought dh 2nd time (because i thought it wasnt completed, even tho i did, i thought its a bug therefore 2nd fight). After beatin him on the same day i checked and there's no point added. And so the next day and even next sop i didnt check thinking every bug sorted out hence i play sop like usual without knowing 2nd point was added in. 😓
