When the cosmic control rod is not active or when under the effects of an armour break debuff ( I don't know which), Annihilus is bleed immune.
As you can see here the cosmic control rod is active and there is no armour break. Bleed applies normally.
When the cosmic control rod is removed or there is an armour break active any bleed proc triggers an immunity to the bleed.
At the end cosmic control rod comes back and bleed immunity goes away.
Another thing to note is that if a bleed is already active, applying another bleed won't trigger the immunity.
The application of this is pretty niche but its a cool interaction regardless.
Something like this doesn't seem like a bug to me. It's either an Easter egg between Annihilus and Carnage or its part of something bigger like a buff 👀
