Falcon's lock doesn't not apply to autoblock of penny parker

As the title says.
With the lock on, Penny parker still autoblocks.
Is that logic or intended?

    Unit man, Magneto (who will still get power burned) - or hitting into her block constantly to reduce it (ala Invisible Woman shield).

    How to counter Peni Parker
    - Hit into her block to get rid of her Sync Shield for 20 seconds, meaning she can't autoblock. Anything that lets you deal more damage into her block will help with this (attack modifiers, armor break, block penetration, etc)
    - Power Burn Immunity/significant resistance (eg Vision Aarkus for the latter)
    - Unblockable

    Venom, VPool Terrax and one other champ are immune to tech power burns (metal, in Terrax’s case).

    I came to the forum looking for this. I just fought Penni as war boss and she auto block when her Sync Shield was in cool down. Hit into her block and made damn sure the shield goes into cool down then dash back and intercept her dash with sp1. She auto blocked it.

    She's also immune to his incinerates, which comprise most of his sub-par damage.
