A coming-from-a-good-place thought on ways to address the Hercules buff

Wow! I've never had 222 notifications on this forum before. Or been spotlighted by Rich... so that was fun.
A thought on the Hercules bug fix - and three ideas on how we could potentially remediate this without touching his kit, both of which revolve around the ambiguity of how "Infuriate" is supposed to behave as far as making opponents "more aggressive." For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction, and the intent of this is figuring out how to counter the Immortality fix without making Hercules any stronger than he was intended to be.
Option 1 (slightly more Hercules-forward) -- today, Infuriate does not increase the likelihood of throwing specials (at least, in all of my testing against AoN nodes). If you give Infuriate even the slightest tweak to including special-throwing under the guise of "more aggressive", even if this is less far potent than taunt, it would lessen the likelihood of needing to tank and SP3.
Option 2 (less Herc-forward and probably more balanced but I gotta fight for my dude where I can!) -- Similar to Option 1, have Infuriate increase the likelihood just of throwing an SP3. This may sound silly, but at the minimum it will allow players to more reliably throw their own SP3 to gain Hercules' Indestructible, knowing that the AI will safely counter with an SP3 while Herc has his indestructible active. In talking to many players, one frustration with the bug fix is that we believe Herc's ability to tank SP3s after throwing his own SP3 is gimped, as there is now a risk the AI does not throw the SP3 until after the Indestructible wears off (whereas before, even if that happened, the Immortality would save him).
Option 3 (the compromise - always need a compromise -- Have Infuriate increase the likelihood of throwing SP1s by [X%] (5-10%?), SP2s by [Y%] (10-20%?), and SP3s by [Z%] (40-50%?). This is not as effective/reliable a counter to AoN as Taunt but provides a little coverage while focusing on the SP3 safeguard in Option 2.
