Any Jubilee players out there?

Opened three six star crystals and gotten two Jubilee’s - on YouTube and tier lists she isn’t highly ranked. Are there people on the forum who use her and have some information for me?

    She’s… decent. Fun, cool animations, but unfortunately a mutant. I’d she was any other class she’d be higher rated, but since mutant is so stacked, she’s no where near the front.

    Ahh okay, I see what you mean. Will try to see the use of her without comparing her to the rest haha. Kinda like her so far. Trying to learn her abilities a bit now. Indeed quite a fun champ

    I use her a bit she can build prowess fast and has some real bang on sp2
