sentinel unstoppable bug?

In Act 6.3.1 on "Can't Stop Won't Stop" node, Sentinel is not gaining unstoppable while charging heavy attack even the defender has no shock debuff. I tried him both with Blade and Mephisto (after expiring his prison).

Is this a known bug? Or am I missing something?

@baboli because sentinel needs 100 analysis charges to gain the unstoppable bonus effect on his heavy ^_^
