Hero Upgrade problem

Hi. I'm upgrading the hero, when I use the iso in the inventory, it goes up to 9100 power, but when I get the iso from the spare inventory, it drops to 8700. This happens 2 times. Please help.

    Im gonna guess you didn't press level up?

    I passed the level 2 time. Isn't the power of the 8741 too low for the 5/65? Moreover for 49/65?

    No pi depends on your mastery setup, Rank and sig Lvl of your champ.

    Not necessarily all champs have different prestige and he's unawakened.Hyperion's prestige is pretty meh.
