My second account didnt get the 2500 5* shards you gave it like a month ago

I dont have the opened mail and i never got it on that account. might have not gotten because i was inactive on that account, but shouldnt it be for all summoners? Do i need to provide any screenshots or am i never gonna get them?

    As far as I remember the 2500 shards was to compensate for having to update again mid month.. If you didn't log on and update during that time there's no need to compensate you for it..
