Season Rewards Missing

in Bugs and Known Issues
I don't know why, but I didn't get season rewards yet. I'm certain that I met all requirements, so I fought in at least 5 wars and only left my alliance and joined a new one when season was over. What's the problem here? Could anyone please help me out?

    But they write "need to remain in your current alliance until the season ends". It's not my fault that they don't give clear descriptions or at least notes like "Attention:..." for these kinds of things

    Whats not clear in "NEED TO REMAIN IN YOUR CURRENT ALLIANCE UNTIL SEASON ENDS" ???

    No it make sense to stay in the alliance in to u getting them in the mail

    I haven't got AW rewards in a long time and don't know if it is a punishment for having two accounts or what but really this game is so buggy and glitched you really need to cross over to console games with all progress intact
