Act 7.2 exploration not registering

So this happened to me twice today
I was exploring a bunch of 7.2 quests and this particular bug appeared in 7.2.2 path a.
Even after going through the whole path somehow its not explored, first time it happened I thought maybe I made a mistake maybe I quit after defeating the boss
But it happened again and I am sure I completed the whole quest

    First time it happened to me on black widow path and now the other one

    It looks like you have at least two paths you still need to complete for 100% exploration
