Missing Compensation Rewards

I have two accounts, both of which had four compensation rewards with plenty of time to collect. When I just went in, both accounts only had one and it was the "Continued Gameplay Issues" reward. I checked in my overflow stash and they didn't get auto opened. They are just gone... Anyone else have this issue?
