Ultron SP 2 in AQ

Well I'm probably missing something but not sure. Ultron should get a fury from his special 2 but on certain nodes in AQ he doesn't get fury at all, not even while the special is active. Map 6 in the second section, path 2 I think the nodes are mirror image and immunity. The fact the node gives them debuff immunity might have something to do with it but I just figured it would just be shorter duration and not completely gone. The fury doesn't proc at all. If someone has a thought it would be appreciated. My first thought was a bug because of how many there currently are but I just might be missing an interaction that I'm not aware of.

    the fury (Cauterize Function) is based on how many personal damaging debuffs are removed from the opponent: if your opponent is debuff immune you can't inflict debuffs and you can't remove them to gain an attack boost. Not sure if you should or shouldn't see the Cauterize icon though, even if it has no effect ^^"
