  Completing event means I will get shards event after 11 days from now ?

  You have to complete all milestones before getting the shards

  After obtaining all 98 points (1 point for each day when you do the 10 fights), any day you do the 10 fights you should get "summer shards". That's my understanding. I still have a few days left because I got lazy.
