Event champions (October)

I logged in today (Oct 7th) expecting to see the new event champions (anti venom) in my inbox. I haven't recieved them and it said that they sent them out on the 6th. Am I out of luck? Did they not release them yet?
Any help is welcome thanks!

    can you send pictures of your special quests tab? you need to have completed the FINAL PREPARATIONS before getting them...
    that being said i have the same problem lmao

    I finished daze for conqueror. Thought that's all I needed

    You need to continue completing the Conqueror specific Special Objectives, the last one being Final Preparations I think. Once all of those objectives are completed then you receive Anti-Venom and Summoned Symbiote.
