kabam, give us rank down tickets for xmas

i want an answer from a kabam employee, not a player from the community.
, kabam, you have done lots of crappy updates with GOD knows how many bugs.
out of all the unwanted updates, the one that urks me the most is the aw update. do to diversity, i can no longer bring in certain champs cause most of the ppl in my alliance have them, I HAVE NO USE FOR THEM.
champs like mordo, NC, classic spidey, electro, morales.
i spent time and money to farm the resources for these champs.
give me an option to rank them down. dont hand out rank down tickets, just give us that option on these champs under "items" for rank down

ps. i dont want an answer from another player as to why i cant get RDT. its not your job to respond to my question.

    It has been started. Rank down tickets are not something is going to return. It was a special item because of 12.0. There will never be a 12.0 because all the updates are bigger numbers than 12.0. We are at 16.0. That’s 4 bigger than 12.0. Rank down tickets are not returning.
