  You didn't do September's objectives. It's been explained 100s of times now. Depending on your progression level, you were given a set of objectives to complete. All you had to do was complete one difficulty for the ones in September. Doesn't matter if you're TB or not, you could have done the Proven ones.
  
  No one's being cheated. Other than cheating yourself out of getting this months objectives.

  Marauder isn't a progression title.
  
  
  These are the objectives you are supposed to complete. You have do the sets of objectives for one of these progression titles. There are 5 in total before you can get Octobers stuff.

  I don’t think it’s about how difficult or not it is to play catch up from September. People just don’t appreciate the tying of the months together, since this is not how it is done historically. Essentially, it’s a protest that we don’t want this as a precedent.
