Why haven't the Oct side mission been fixed?

I never received any 3* anti venom or 1* Symbiote. How can we complete any events if Kabam doesn't give us the necessary tools to complete the event. Ya gotta to do better. These bug issues are really screwing up ya name and putting Kabam name in the toilet. I'm I gonna get champs soon at nah? I want to know so I can continue playing or uninstalling this gave for a bout a month. Ya let me know.
