Still unable to get the season rewards

dear, kabam please help we didn't got our season rewards and still waiting for it continuously restarting the game and checking mails but didn't got anything please send us our deserving rewards.
Our clan members are also deprived of it so please respond to this and send the rewards.

    Hey there, it can sometimes take a bit of time for the season rewards to reach everyone, due to the number of individuals who will be receiving them. We thank you for your patience in waiting for them, and want to assure you that, so long as you completed 5 wars in the season since most recently joining your alliance, your rewards will get to you.
