The alliance war season is over but I haven't received my reward yet.

    Hey there, it can sometimes take a bit of time for the season rewards to fully reach everyone, due to the number of individuals who will the system has to send them to. We want to assure you that, so long as you completed 5 wars in the season since most recently joining your alliance, your rewards will get to you. We thank you for your patience while we work to get rewards sent to everyone in the meantime though.

    I participated almost in all the wars of my alliance but didnot get AW reward yet. Already mailed and ticket raised but didnot get my reward till now.
