What happened with the Max Level crystals ?

Before if if my 4 stars were at a sig lvl 81+ I would get a max lvl crystal when I duped but now it no longer works . I just duped f star blade who was at 89 sigs but nothing

    Weird . Cause that happened several times to me . Had at least half a dozen four star champions who were around 81-85 sigs and when I duped them I got the max crystal .
    Maybe it had been a bug I was lucky ?

    Exactly . This is the weird part . I have received
    multiple crystals like when I was at 81-85 sigs. In fact the last few weeks I received so many I deliberately raised a lot of champions to this lvl of sigs . It only since a few days doesn’t it worn anymore . Maybe it was some weird bug that got fixed ?
