AQ Season 9 - 6 alts

So, I have a team of 7 accounts. 5 are "AQ drones" that allow me to run Map 4 without waiting for anyone to help (retired alliance).
All 7 have maxed Cyclops. 5/5, 6/2 BECAUSE OF THE Cyclops boost in AQ.
Season 9 says it will have a similar "ringer/ace/special buff champ" like cyclops was.
Because I have quite a few champs to level now, I would love to know who I need to focus on.
Spider verse, science and sinister six is TOO BROAD A CATEGORY.
Any help here Kabam?
