Stuck on which champs I should progress next

Korg for AW? BWCV? Duped CB? I have a lot of mutants. I really want Red Mags and a Gullotine 2099. I'm currently fully exploring Act 5. I haven't done any of the Variants either. I have a lot of iso to get rid of. I was thinking BWCV as I have a lot of mystic to use, but no idea how to play her.
