Yeah, the percentage changed(went up for act 4 and zero for 1-3) but the change got reverted and everything went back.

ok but i was asking about why the acts went back to normal?
Still doesn't look like anything changed from how they were before the update to me either.
The update was rolled back because players who had already explored the content were able to do so again and recieved rewards they shouldn't have been able to get

They should buffed rewards to these in 2019 or early 2020 itself.
