Simple QOL Suggestion (Energy Spend Reduction for Exploration purposes)

So I don't know if this has been suggested before but a simple QOL improvement involving Energy spend would be to drop Energy/Node quest requirements to 1/Node after initial completion of the Chapter.
So for Act 6.1 (as an example), initial completion would be 3/Node as it currently is but once all 6 Quests are completed and the Chapter is thus "Completed" that the energy spend would not drop to 1/Node for "Exploration" in that Chapter. This would encourage exploration in later chapters that are long and cumbersome.
