I already played over 5 aw for season 29 still didn’t get any season rewards. Why

    The rewards seem to have an insanely short “expiry” window. If you didn’t claim them within a few days, they rot. If you submit a ticket, they’ll sometimes grudgingly put them back in your overflow stash to claim.
