Parry dex issues

Ok so what I've seen as far as in the android issues is not been a timing issue but a just not working issue with parry it will show parry on screen yet the champ won't be parried this doesn't happen all the time but it does happen I've gone in and done the training over and over again with parry thinking thus would help and in there it works 100% but during game play screen will show parry yet 20% of the time it doesn't actually parry them even though it says parry
