My first thoughts were Nameless Guillotine or BWCV but its not either or them? Maybe it's a new champ and half the face was cut out on purpose? Can you tell who this is?

    i can't tell if it looks more like corvus or domino. i think the coloring becomes different as it gets more towards the left eye

    I think it is just Nameless Guillotine, with her image flipped for some reason.

    I'm not sure if anything will come of it, but who knows?
