Mr Fantastic Debuffs failing buff?

I've been noticing this for a couple weeks now, I am using mr fantastic and I will activate my sp2 but not all 3 of my debuffs will activate?

    Ok, I noticed that too yesterday. I had one get to two stacks but another just at 1 after my sp2.

    Yes I run the pacify mastery, does this mean the pacify mastery is reducing my own ability accuracy? game's broken

    Don't should impact but it does. My advice is land the special when the opponent does not be stunned.

    I don't know why anyone runs pacify or assassin anymore unless it's for specific matchups. Unreliable AAR with how complex the game has gotten just isn't worth the potential negative effects.

    People can disagree that AAR should never be able to be a detriment to yourself but bottom line is that this is how the game currently works and there's been zero indication of that changing.
