Since this new actualization, Wasp is not working properly. She cannot stun the opponent in the middle of the combo when the counter attack (evasion) is disabled.
I’ll go test it out now but as of 2 hours ago this was working as normal. You sure you’re not waiting too long to throw your heavy? Because I remember when I started playing wasp I’d not passive stun the opponent because my timing wasn’t right.

I Just used her yesterday with no issue, I can tell what path you're on and it has no AAR Nodes, so I'm not sure what could be wrong. Is you're Device lagging at all, on my older device I could barely use Wasp because even they slightest amount of delay/stuttering would cause the Post-Combo Heavy to not register correctly meaning no Stun.

Well, no... my phone is not lagging. I tested her on several content and the problem persists.

After reading the comments it makes it’s very interesting. Looks like some bugs and inconsistencies are random. Cos Wasp hasn’t been working properly on my end and I’m on IOS iPad Pro 2020. In a single fight, if I tried heavy into combo 5 times about 1 will be successful. I think it has something to do with the game timing.

I tasted her there and I always face the same problem, but in the Realm of champions she works perfectly.

I tasted her there and I always face the same problem, but in the Realm of champions she works perfectly.
