    Congrats! He was my first 3*, and I finally managed to pull him last month as a 5*. Immediately awakened, max sigged, and R5’d him and he already is pretty much my most used tech.

    I’ll admit your post caused me to decide to hold off on using my Tech Tier 5 CC for another few weeks in case I can manage to pull him.
