I have a 6* archangel and probably won’t awaken him for quite some time, is he still worth the rank up without his AAR and heal block from neuro toxins?

    his main utility is from his dupe but unduped I would say he is still a beast!!
    Personally I wouldn't r3 him but I would r2 him for sure
    he do be aar immune kinda pog tbh
